Landlords · service options

Compare landlord service options

Choose the level of support that fits how involved you want to remain. The written proposal confirms the final scope, responsibilities, charges and VAT before you instruct Dukes.

Section 01

The three service profiles

Guaranteed Rent is a separate written arrangement and is explained on its own page rather than compared here.

Let Only

Generally focuses on: Preparing and letting

Landlords who want support preparing the property, marketing it and setting up the tenancy, then take it from there themselves.

Day-to-day contact with the tenant, rent administration and repairs stay with you once the tenancy has started, unless something else is agreed in writing.

The exact scope, responsibilities and charges are confirmed in Dukes' written terms before instruction.

Rent Collection

Generally focuses on: Rent and statements

Landlords who also want the recurring rent administration handled, with statements they can keep for their own records.

Repairs, inspections and the compliance documents remain your responsibility unless the written terms say otherwise.

The exact scope, responsibilities and charges are confirmed in Dukes' written terms before instruction.

Fully Managed

Generally focuses on: Tenant and property coordination

Landlords considering ongoing coordination and a day-to-day contact route for the tenant.

The legal duties of a landlord stay with you throughout. Coordination is not the same as transfer of responsibility, and the written terms set out exactly which tasks Dukes carries out.

The exact scope, responsibilities and charges are confirmed in Dukes' written terms before instruction.
